Terms of Sale and Use

These terms govern purchases from MDX Tech Solutions. By purchasing or using a product, you agree to them.

Digital product

The Small Business AI Automation Starter Kit is a downloadable educational resource. It is not custom consulting, legal advice, financial advice, or a promise of business results. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output and deciding whether any workflow is appropriate for your business.

License

Your purchase grants one individual or one business a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the files internally. You may not resell, sublicense, share publicly, distribute the source files, or present them as your own product for sale.

Payment and delivery

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access is provided after successful payment. You are responsible for using an accurate email address and keeping your download secure.

Refunds

Because access to digital files is provided immediately, sales are generally final. If files are defective or inaccessible, contact us within 14 days so we can provide working files or another reasonable remedy. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not use the product or website to violate law, infringe rights, mislead people, process sensitive information without authorization, or create harmful or discriminatory outcomes.

Disclaimer

The product is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. We do not guarantee revenue, savings, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDX Tech Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future purchases. These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
